Igor Paroški was born in Novi Sad. He finished elementary and primary music school "Stevan Hristić" in Bačka Palanka. He continued his musical education at the accordion department of the "Isidor Bajić" Music School in Novi Sad in the class of Professor Nada Vještica. He graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, majoring in General Music Pedagogy.
Since 2006, he has been employed at the "Isidor Bajić" Music School as the conductor of the "Margita Baračkov" Accordion Orchestra, with whom he won first prizes at the Republic Competition of Music Schools of Serbia, the Festival of Music Schools of Serbia and Meetings of Accordionists in Pula. He also conducted accordion orchestras in several projects. In 2012, he conducted the accordion orchestra as part of the international project "Panonika harmonica" (Brežice, Slovenia). At the opening of the "7th World Conference of Pianists" in Novi Sad in 2015, he performed as the conductor of the accordion chamber orchestra and the renowned Novi Sad piano duo "Ingmar".
In 2016, he conducted the Accordion Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Ljubljana as part of the project "Days of the Accordion".
Since 2011, he has started working with chamber ensembles at the same school. Under his mentorship, the ensembles won first prizes at many competitions - the Republic Competition of Music Schools of Serbia, the International Competition "Davorin Jenko" (Belgrade), Meetings of Accordionists in Pula, Accordion Art (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina), the World Accordion Trophy (Montagris, France), the Festival "Isidor Bajić" (Novi Sad) where he was awarded the prize for the best teacher.
He participated in the work of the jury in the category of chamber music and orchestra at the Festival of Music Schools of Serbia, the Republic Competition for Chamber Music UMBPS, the Isidor Bajić Festival for Chamber Music, Meetings of Accordionists in Pula and the World Accordion Trophy.
Since 2017, he has been the head of the Professional Asset for Chamber Music at the "Isidor Bajić" Music School, and since 2022 he has been the head of the Expert Council for Group Music. Isidor Bajić is one of the founders of the Chamber Music Festival.
